It's time to update this post, after 80 very confused comments, I'll try to lay it out in a simple fashion that will help people figure it out.  Please remember this is not my work, I'm just the guy consolidating all the information.

Fundamentals

Vista Notes

Vista tries to limit some applications when they are opened by the usual double click or shortcut, most spoofing software seems to fall into this category.  To run a spoofing aplication in Vista;

• Locate the application icon or shortcut and Right-click on it
• From the Drop-Down Menu select the "Run As Administrator" option
• Now click the application icon or shortcut and it should run
